If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have fifteen (15) days to return it for a refund. We remind you that the products must be in the same condition in which you received them, with the original packaging (package/box/bag) and labels, they must not have been worn, stained or damaged.
Remember that Raffaello Network will not be responsible for the cost of returning the products, shipping costs are paid by the customer and cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

I received a wrong or damaged item how should I proceed?
If in your package you have found a different product from the one you ordered or a damaged product we apologize for the inconvenience but do not worry: please send a e-mail to customerservice@raffaello-network.com writing as subject "Wrong / damaged item" indicating your order number and we would send you directions to solve the issue as soon as possible.
If you wish to return an item, you can use our procedure by contacting our customer service department by emailing customerservice@raffaello-network.com.
Please note that refund requests can only be made by following the procedure provided here.
Refunds as well as coupons for reuse on our site are handled within two working days from the moment of receipt of the goods.
To have your credit back, depending on your bank and the type of credit card used, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card.
