RETURNS & EXCHANGES 15-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have fifteen (15) days to return it for a refund.

Contact our customer service department by emailing customerservice@raffaello-network.com to request return authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse return/exchange requests for which all TERMS AND CONDITIONS have not been met. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address with the customer being charged for the shipping costs.

The right of return may also not be exercised in the case of "special orders," that is, items ordered specifically and specifically for the customer.

By way of example, the following products are certainly excluded from the right of return

- All items in the Underwear/Lingerie section

- All items in the Beauty/Fragance section

Remember that Raffaello Network will not be responsible for the cost of returning products and will not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments.

We recommend that you choose a courier with certified mail service and keep the tracking code.

When you prepare your package for return, we recommend that you use the same packaging where you received your order, remove all previous labels. If this is not possible, use a similar one.

Remember to always take a photo of the package and the label you attach to your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until your refund is processed.

If you prefer to exchange an item or are looking for something different, you can also choose to receive an credit code that you can use for new purchases.

After the item has been received and processed, a refund of the amount paid for the purchased item will be made. For purchases by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer within approximately ten days, and will in any case be visible on the subsequent credit card statement. Times may vary depending on the banking circuit, credit card and payment method used. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in amount due to exchange rate fluctuation cannot be refunded.
