If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first sixty (60) days, you may return it and get your money back.
Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them. A 10% restocking fee will apply (this is not the case, however, if you decide to exchange the product for another one on our website).
Please note: original packaging (shoe box, wallet holders and alike) must be returned in the same conditions in which they were received, when returning they must be protected in thick paper, Raffaello Network blue box or an alternative cartoon box. Under no circumstances will we issue a refund if labels, adhesive tape or pouches were to have been taped or applied on the designer's box, in that case we will automatically return the package to the sender.
