Will the shipping rates vary depending on how many items I order?No, shipping costs are based on flat rate, no matter how many items you decide to purchase.
Will I have to pay for taxes and customs duties?No, all taxes and customs duties are paid by Raffaello Network in advance for any destination in the world. You will not be charged any extra fees.
How long will it take for the order to be shipped?Items are usually sent within 24/48 hours, that means that it may take up to 3/4 days for the delivery, 2/3 days if you live in a big city. In some instances, it may be that the item is no longer in stock and we have to backorder it with our distributors; this may imply a delay of typically 1 week (if the item is still with our distributors). Occasionally, some of them may call us to inform that the item is definitely out of stock and no backordering is possible. If so, please accept our apologies in advance. As for the sunglasses, it may take 2 up to 5 weeks to have them shipped to you.
Will I be able to track my shipment?You will always be able to track your shipment. Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an e-mail from us, including your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment on the UPS website.
Will I be able to send items back to receive a refund?If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first sixty (60) days, you may return it for a refund. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them. Please also note that shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. A small restocking fee may also apply in certain instances (this is not the case, however, if you decide to exchange the product for another one on our website).

How long will it take for my refund to be issued?Refunds or exchange coupons are processed within two business days from receipt of goods in our warehouse. Depending on your bank or on the type of credit card used, credits may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
Why are Prada sizes different to US sizes? Men's prada shoesDue to the unique Prada sizing scale, the size on the Prada Box is smaller than the actual US size. Please refer to the US conversion designated in parenthesis in the size options. Example: if the Prada Box says size 9, it's actually US size 10. If you are familiar with Prada shoes please choose the "Prada size" of Prada shoes you have bought in the past. If you are not familiar with Prada shoes, please refer to the US conversion designated in parenthesis. Women's prada shoesWomen's Prada shoe sizes are expressed in the European size. Thanks to our experience and know-how we have exactly converted these sizes into the appropriate US size.
What about other designers?Sizing varies depending on the manufacturer. For each brand we have converted sizes into real US sizes. You will find the real US size, close to the manufacturer's size in all sizing options. It's simple: if you already purchased shoes by that particular manufacturer, please select the manufacturer's size of items you bought in the past. If you never purchased from the manufacturer, please rely on the real US size designated in parenthesis, next to the manufacturer's size.
Can I rely on European to US convertions on your site?These convertions are based on statistical data and are guaranteed to work. Thanks to this care, we have one of the lowest return rates in the online shoes industry.
How long are your ties?Designer ties always come in standard sizes, which fit the vast majority of our customers.
What about width?Usually tie width is specified in product description. If nothing is specified it means that width is regular. In case of narrower or broader than average width it is always specified in the product description.
Do you sell extra long ties?We are working on a brand new extra-long tie collection. Check back with us soon!
Often sizes can be found by clicking on the image, as part of the product description. If you can't find sizes, please contact us and we'll send you exact sizing for the styles you are interested in.
Italian shirts are measured using only one parameter: neck length. These sizes are exactly converted into US neck and sleeve size. Please be careful to check on both neck and sleeves before placing you order.
Do you have a store in ... ?We sell exclusively on-line, as in this way we are able to provide our designer products at accessible prices.
Do you have a catalogue?We unfortunately do not have a catalog as our product range is updated too frequently.
Do you also sell your products to wholesalers?Please contact our B2B department (firstname.lastname@example.org) for special wholesale prices.
I want to buy some gifts for my customers or for my company, can you help?If you need gifts for your customers, colleagues or for a convention, please contact us for special corporate rates. In some cases we may even personalize the products with your logo or may produce them exactly as you wish (e.g. using your corporate colors or visuals).
.GOV and .EDU discountsWe grant a 5% discount to all of our customers who possess a personal and valid .gov or .edu e-mail address. Just proceed with your online order as you would normally. Use any e-mail address during checkout (either your .edu/.gov e-mail or any other personal e-mail service). This address will be used for corresponding with you throughout the order process. Just after having placed your order, please send us an e-mail (mentioning your name and order ID) from your personal .edu or .gov e-mail address. We will not reply to this e-mail, as only the one you have used in your order form will be used for contacting you. This e-mail will only serve to give us confirmation of your membership to a governmental or educational institution, and will allow us to apply a full 5% discount on all items you have purchased.
If I see a pair of shoes on the site that I want to order, but my size is not shown, will it still be available?Unfortunately, if the size is no longer shown next to the picture of the product, it is unlikely that we can get it in. You can always get in touch with us to make sure though.
I saw a product which is no longer online. Will you be getting it in again?Normally, all products shown on the website are part of a one-time supply and so it is unlikely that we can get the same product in again. If there is something special you saw and can't find anymore, write us (email@example.com) and we'll try to see what we can do for you.
